We all know than skype doesn’t let us to free call over 3G network, now how to enable Skype calls over 3G network? Please follow the instructions step by step:

1. Open Cydia from SpringBoard
2. Sections > System
3. Now here, find “Mobile Substrate” and install it
4. After the installation, Reload SpringBoard
5. Once the SpringBoard has been reloaded open Cydia again
6. Sections > System
7. Now here, find “VolPower3G” this time and install it
8. Now you can call your contacts over 3G on Skype app
